The wine is renowned for its mouth-filling richness and mid-palate opulence, framed with fresh citrus acidity.

3x Tony Bish Heartwood Chardonnay 2021: A Hawke's Bay classic, skillfully created in new and used barriques. One of 12 selected Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay to represent the 2021 vintage. 100% barrel fermented in French oak it delivers plenty of that vanilla spicy character we all love, with a great citrus nose and hints of nuttiness.
