The 2023 Toru (Māori for "three") is a sophisticated co-fermented blend of Gewürztraminer, Riesling, and Pinot Gris. By fermenting these grapes together, Te Whare Rā creates a wine of exceptional integration, capturing the spicy fleshiness of Gewürztraminer, the linear elegance of Riesling, and the rich texture of Pinot Gris.
