Lifted and vivacious with classic aromas of fresh nettles, broad bean and cut grass with more exotic notes of passionfruit flower, lemongrass and coriander. A bright, delicate, mineral palate with crisp, tangy acidity and a salivating piquant finish - quintessential summer drinking.

Tasting Note
Bright aromatics with sweet herbs and ripe citrus tones. Distinctive red and yellow capsicum on palate back up by an array tropical fruit. The wine is dry, with a mouth-watering line of fine acid and flavoursome length. Easy to drink on its own, or to match with food.
