Tasting Note

Bright aromatics with sweet herbs and ripe citrus tones. Distinctive red and yellow capsicum on palate back up by an array tropical fruit. The wine is dry, with a mouth-watering line of fine acid and flavoursome length. Easy to drink on its own, or to match with food.
