Intensiver Duft nach Grapefruit, Guave und Jasmin. Am Gaumen konzentrierte Aromen von Limette und Birne, ein Hauch getrockneter Kräuter und Passionsfrucht. Der Wein hat eine erfrischende, knackige Säure und einen anhaltenden mineralischen Abgang.

Winestate: 96/100 & Best Value Buy. Highly aromatic, this mouthfilling, lively wine has punchy, tropical fruit flavours to the fore, a herbaceous undercurrent, appetising acidity, and excellent vigour, vibrancy and depth.

Cameron Douglas MS: 92/100. No mistaking the bouquet of Sauvignon Blanc with lively and distinctive aromas of red apple and sage, tropical fruits and white peach, stony soil and mineral water scents. Crisp, fresh, fruity and dry on the palate with flavours of tropical fruits and apple, fresh green herbs and mineral soil suggestions. Plenty of acidity and a core of fruit, great balance and length with immediately drinkability available. Best from day of purchase and through 2024.

NZ Wine Rater (Steve Bennett MW, Lynette Hudson): 92/100. A lifted, sweet, confected nose, with white flowers, pear drop, nettles, and herbal notes of white sage and basil. Tangy, fresh, vivacious and very tasty with a soft, lush texture and plenty of zesty acidity. An elegant style with good persistence, drinkability and wide commercial appeal.
