Bouquet von roten und schwarzen Kirschen, schwarzer Johannisbeere und dezente Gewürze und Schokoladennoten. Am Gaumen Aromen von Schwarzkirsche, Johannisbeere, eine lebendige Säure und präsente Tannine, die für ein ausgezeichnetes Alterungspotenzial des Weins sprechen. Ein energetischer, langanhaltender Abgang.

James Suckling (JamesSuckling.com): 97/100. This has such attractively fleshy red and dark cherry. Sweetly earthy. The oak is spicy and nicely placed among intense ripe and vibrant cherries. There's plushness to the supple, fleshy palate. Smoothly rendered and juicy with rich dark cherry to close. The acidity is pitch perfect. Mouthwatering, delicious pinot. Drink or hold.

Cameron Douglas MS: 95/100. Youthful, complex, layered and varietal with a core of red berry fruits, scents of soil and place, a perfumed floral layer and enticing curiosity only Pinot Noir can do. On the palate - youthful, tense, complex and dry. Flavours of red berries, currants, flowers and baking spices of oak. Firm tannins and acidity ensure this wine will age well. There's a vibrato and energy at the core carrying flavour and texture evenly. A lovely wine that belongs in your cellar for a while - with best drinking from 2022 through 2030.

Weinbereitung: Alle Trauben gekühlt und zum größten Teil entrappt. 100% Spontangärung mit wilder Hefe und einer Spitzentemperatur von 32°C. Der auftreibende Trester zweimal täglich von Hand untergerührt. 11 Monate Reifung, dann in französische Eiche gefüllt (21% neu). Anschließend für 4 Monate im Edelstahltank gelagert und ohne Schönung und Filtration abgefüllt
