Degustationsnotiz

Bezaubernd duftendes, intensives Bouquet mit Granatapfel, Rhabarber, Himbeere und Zitrusfrüchte. Ein Hauch von Süsse am Gaumen verstärkt diese Fruchtaromen. Die saftige Säure wirkt appetitanregend und wird von einer dezenten Salznote perfekt abgerundet. Ein langer, trockener Abgang.

Fresh, bright and youthful aromas of red apples and cherries, a layer of flowers and soft mineral core. On the palate - vibrant and fresh with mouth-watering acidity then flavours that reflect the nose, a youthful tart fruit note adds length and vibrato. Best drinking from today and through 2022.

Pinot Meunier is rarely seen in New Zealand, especially on its own, but it works brilliantly for rosé. It's bright and fruity, bouncing with strawberry, watermelon and a stalky, white spice note. There's oodles of acidity on the palate and ripe, fleshy red berries. It's a refreshing little number, with tingly fruit right to the finish.
