Anregender Duft von Birnen, gelber Apfel und dezenten Gewürz- und Mineralnoten. Am Gaumen setzen sich diese Aromen fort. Eine leicht cremige, samtige Textur. Eine frische Säure belebt den Wein bis zum Finish.

The aromas and flavours of Nelson are as strong as the varietal signature - a soft and silty minerality is accentuated by aromas of fresh yellow and red apple, some pear, quince and white spices. Crisp, refreshing and just dry on the palate with flavours that reflect the nose. The mouthfeel is finely textured and satin-like pushed along by the acidity. Balanced and well made. Best drinking from purchase and through 2023+.
Wine Orbit (Sam Kim): 93/100. This is instantly appealing on the nose, showing poached pear, honeydew melon, citrus peel and subtle spice notes. The palate displays beautifully rounded mouthfeel and supple texture, well supported by juicy acidity, finishing succulent and lingering. At its best: now to 2024.
